The resistance to feel gratitude even when life is challenging is tough, but I'll talk about some ways to overcome that resistance.

And it's no secret that living with gratitude leads to greater success of every kind (including wealth). But we have trouble getting ourselves to feel grateful on a consistent basis, especially when life is challenging. Why is it so hard? And what can we do to overcome the resistance?
